School Lunches are provided by our Chef, John Hoole who closely monitors the quality of the food and portion sizes to ensure that our pupils receive a tasty, nutritionally balanced meal.
We regularly review our school menu's to cater for changing trends and the seasons of the year. There is a 3-week menu which changes every term, providing three choices per day and includes a vegetarian option.
A copy of the current menu is available via the link on the right side of this page and is also available from the school office.
We ask for parents and carers to please pay weekly dinner fees in advance. Weekly dinner fee cost is £11.50 per week/child.
Arrears are not permitted and falling behind with payments may result in the school requesting the parent/carer to provide a packed lunch.
Parents/carers on Income Support/Income-based Job Seekers Allowance/Universal Credits must fill in a Free School Meals form in order to register children for school meals. This form needs to be completed even if you wish your child to have a packed lunch. Forms can be obtained from the school office.
Children may bring their own packed lunch, but we ask that they do not change from a school meal to a packed lunch or vice-versa during a week. Any changes to school meals should be reported to the school office at least one week in advance.
Children who go home for lunch, must be returned to school at 1.15pm but not before. This is to comply with health and safety regulations.
