    SIP and SED

    School Self-Evaluation Document (SED) and School Improvement Plan (SIP) have been written using information gathered from analysis of data and school attainment together with feedback from all stakeholders including staff, governors, parents and carers and, of course, children.

    The purpose of the SED is to review and evaluate the school’s strengths and identify key areas for school improvement by looking back at 2017/18.  The SIP then outlines the actions to be taken in key areas in 2018/19. The school budget is matched to the priorities for the SIP.

    Our School House Captains also write their own annual Self Evaluation Document. They use this to then write a School Improvement Plan , deciding how to spend their allocated budget to improve the school.
